No. Every beta user who requested access, tested Hunts, and gave feedback is forever free on Pro. You'll see a "Beta — Pro forever" badge in Settings · Billing when payments go live. You'll also get special discounts on future product launches (BookMe revival, new tooling). We'll email you separately when the paywall ships.
A row in the contacts table. People you've imported, people you've manually added, and people pulled in automatically from inbox sync all count toward the 500-contact Free cap. Companies don't count separately — they're auto-grouped from contact data.
The cap is a soft ceiling: you can still log activity and use existing contacts past 500, but adding new ones requires Pro.
Today: the price you see is the price you pay. Hunts ships under a personal Razorpay account (sole proprietor), which is under the ₹20 lakh GST threshold for service providers. No GST line on invoices; the receipt Razorpay issues is a valid payment proof.
When Hunts crosses the threshold or signs its first enterprise customer needing GST-compliant invoicing, we'll register for GST (HSN 998314) and add the 18% line at checkout. Existing subscribers stay grandfathered to their current price for the rest of their period; renewals after migration include GST.
Monthly is for trying Pro without committing. Annual saves you two months — the same effective rate as 10 months of monthly billing. Most operators on Pro switch to annual after the first month once they're confident it's the right fit.
Razorpay handles checkout. Indian customers can pay via UPI Autopay (the dominant rail), cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Rupay), netbanking, and wallets. International customers pay by card (Razorpay International).
UPI Autopay is recommended for subscriptions — it's the most reliable recurring rail in India and avoids the card-mandate complications of RBI 2022.
14-day money-back on Pro if you signed up by mistake or it doesn't fit your workflow. Email [email protected] within 14 days and you'll get a full refund — no questions, no friction. Team plans: pro-rated refund if cancelled within the first 14 days.
After 14 days, cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period. Full details on the refund policy page.
You drop back to the Free tier. Contacts beyond 500 stay readable but you can't add new ones. Email sync past your 1 inbox limit is paused. You can re-upgrade anytime and everything turns back on.
Hard data deletion is on request only — email us and we'll wipe your account within 30 days per the privacy policy.
Upgrade Pro → Team or add seats: instant; pro-rated charge for the rest of the period. Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current period (you keep what you paid for until then).
Pro is for solo operators with the full toolkit at a flat ₹399. Team's per-seat pricing assumes you're buying multiple — the 3-seat minimum (₹597/mo) is more total than Pro, but each individual seat is cheaper because we're betting you'll grow the team. The Team-only features (shared activity, admin role, audit log) are also only valuable once you have teammates, so the price reflects that.
