Onboarding Four steps ~5 minutes

Welcome to Hunts.

A calmer CRM for operators in the hunt. Here's the order to do things in your first session — connect your inbox, get contacts in, set your pipeline, log a call. Five minutes to a working setup.

Step 1

Connect Gmail.

Hunts pulls your sent + received mail and pins it to the right contact automatically. Sign-in already grants the scope; no second OAuth dance. One toggle in Settings starts the sync.

Outlook and IMAP are on the roadmap. If you're on either, you can still use everything else — they'll just light up when ready.

Step 2

Get your contacts in.

Two paths. Paste a CSV from wherever you've been working — Nooks, Apollo, an export from your last CRM. Or skip import and let Hunts populate the contact graph as you receive email.

Lifecycle stage, priority score, tags, call notes — all per-user. Your overlay doesn't pollute a teammate's view of the same contact.

Step 3

Set your pipeline stages.

Defaults are stock sales: Lead · Working · Demo · Proposal · Won. Most teams want to tweak the names — every deal, kanban column, and stage filter reads from this list.

Two minutes in Settings now saves a week of muscle-memory adjustments later. Change them anytime — values update everywhere on save.

Step 4

Log your first call.

Open a contact. Press C to log a call, pick an outcome, jot a note. The activity timeline picks it up. If the outcome implies a follow-up, a task generates automatically — that's the loop the whole CRM is built around.

After this you'll have a working pattern: contacts in, calls logged, tasks waiting. The rest is daily use.

You're set.

Hunts grows with what you log. Come back to this page any time to retrace your steps, or jump straight into the work.
